Registrations are handled through the 'PlayHQ' platform.
Please use our easy to follow instructions on registering yourself or a family member for another year of Southern Spirit cricket. Our fee structures are reviewed annually with the aim to keep costs down for our members. Players must be registered and financial by the start of the season to be considered for selection.
How to Register:
- Create & Verify PlayHQ account.
- Login
- Registering yourself or dependant?
- Select “PLAYER”
- Enter Details – Complete all fields.
- Select Fee option?
- Link Cricket ID: This is your EMAIL and PASSWORD for the MyCricket or Live Scoring App. If you are unsure, enter your email and select “forgot password”. Note: If this step is not completed and verified you will NOT have previous season statistics transferred. If you do not have one, please create a new profile.
- Verify your account (New profiles). If using a Gmail account, the confirmation email may be located in the “Promotions” tab(?).
- Select payment method (from Google Pay, Card, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4 payment options) and enter eligible vouchers (Active and Creative kids)

Senior Men
- New Members (Full Payment): Fees include a club polo shirt, club playing shirt, baseball style cap, registration, insurance, and association fees.
- Existing members: Fees include registration, insurance, and association fees.
Additional clothing options are available to purchase when you register.
Senior Women
- New Members (Full Payment): Fees includes club polo shirt, club playing shirt, club playing pants, baseball style cap, registration, insurance, and association fees
- Existing members: Fee includes club playing pants, registration, insurance, and association fees.
Additional clothing options are available to purchase when you register.
Student/Concession**
- To be eligible for the Concession/Student fees, you must qualify (and agree to provide proof of eligibility on request) for one of the following categories set out below;
- Student who is attending School, TAFE or University
- Age, Carers or Disability concession holders.
Healthcare Card are not accepted.

Junior Girls: In addition to the above New Member conditions, junior girls fee also include coloured playing pants.
